Meet Benedict

I began my journey in sales at age 21, teaching myself the fundamentals of sales and sales management as I built my first companies. I learned the hard way, gaining invaluable experience in driving sales from the founder's perspective. Later, as I transitioned into the corporate world, I further refined my sales expertise through formal training, managing larger and more complex sales teams.

With over 40 years in management roles, my career has spanned entrepreneurship, corporate leadership, turnaround management consulting, and sales management training. Sales and management have always been at the core of what I do, whether helping other entrepreneurs scale their sales efforts or leading teams myself. I also have the privilege of serving on several boards and advisory boards. I combine my experience in senior management, IT, and sales to offer strategic guidance that fosters success in today’s fast-paced business environment.
